AMS "hard products" warranty covers against defects in materials and workmanship. We test our products against the higher standards, but sometimes lots of parameters align together to make the impossible, possible. Shit happens.
Managed to break something? You need to make a warranty claim directly through the retailer you originally purchased the product from or to us. This will allow us to keep improving our products. Email us at email@example.com and we'll send you the form to do so. We'll ask you about details, photos, the original receipt from when you purchased our product, and probably to send us the product for inspection.
Normal wear and tear from use and damage as a result of not following installation instructions, misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration or failure to perform maintenance is not covered.
This warranty is non-transferable and valid to the original purchaser of the product only.
