Your handlebars are part of your bike's identity. AMS coloured bar tape gives road and gravel builds a deliberate finishing touch without treating grip as an afterthought. Choose a colour that complements the frame and a tape that suits how you ride.
Colour choices for a distinctive cockpit
- Tessel 2.5 mm Red — a bold accent for a performance-oriented road or all-road build.
- Tessel 2.5 mm White — a clean, high-contrast finish with Tessel's textured grip.
- Sterrato 2.5 mm Grey — an understated Nardo-grey look, paired with Sterrato's comfort-focused feel.
Style meets riding preference
Tessel and Sterrato both have a nominal 2.5 mm thickness and an approximately 3.0 mm feel after wrapping, but their textures are different. Tessel offers a more structured, precise contact; Sterrato leans toward a tackier surface and comfort on rougher terrain.
Does colour change the performance?
Choose first by the model's grip and cushioning characteristics, then by finish. Our selection below includes only the currently available non-black colours: red, white and grey.
