Black Bar Tape
AMS Sterrato Bar Tape. Black
$50.35
A black cockpit never goes out of style. AMS black bar tape combines a clean, understated finish with three distinct options for road, all-road and gravel. Choose the feel you want; the colour is already sorted.
Three ways to ride black
- Tessel 1.8 mm Black — a slim, direct feel for performance road riders.
- Tessel 2.5 mm Black — textured grip with extra cushioning for road and all-road rides.
- Sterrato 2.5 mm Black — a tackier surface and comfort-focused damping for gravel and rougher roads.
Refresh your cockpit without changing your style
Fresh tape can make a bike feel and look renewed. Black pairs naturally with almost any frame colour and hides some everyday marks better than lighter finishes. All three choices offer AMS's PU/EVA construction and grip-focused surfaces, but they do not have exactly the same thickness or feel.
What should I choose?
Start with your terrain: Tessel 1.8 mm for direct road feedback, Tessel 2.5 mm for balanced road comfort, or Sterrato 2.5 mm for rougher mixed surfaces. Browse the three black options below.
